Four missing in Indravati boat mishap in Odisha

Four persons went missing when a boat in which they were travelling capsized in the Indravati reservoir this morning.

According to reports, a country boat, carrying six persons, was on its way from Patepadar to Kanasakuli under Thuamul-Rampur police station limits when it capsized after the boatman lost control.

While four persons went missing, people of the nearby villages managed to rescue two other persons.

Till reports last came in, the villagers were carrying out search operations to trace out the bodies of four missing persons.
