Four persons go missing as boat capsizes in Odisha’s Koraput

Koraput: Four persons including three girls went missing while as many were rescued after a boat capsized in Semiliguda in Odisha’s Koraput district today.

As per reports, the eight persons were going in a boat from Tentulipada to watch an opera show when the boat capsized at Podagarh. While fire services on getting information immediately reached the spot and started rescue operations, only four out of the eight victims could be managed to be rescued. The others which include three girls namely Sabitri Krishnani, Rama Krishnani and Babita Hental of Mukhibidei village, are still missing.

Till reports last came in, search was ongoing.
