Four youths test COVID-19 positive in Odisha capital

Bhubaneswar: Four more persons in the state capital tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 24 hours taking the total count to 93, informed Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) today.

All of  them were under home quarantine after their return from other states.

The four cases are- a 28-year-old male from Chandrasekharpur area with travel history of Hyderabad, a 29-year-old male  from Dumduma area with travel history of Delhi and two members of a family (a 34-year-old male and a 26-year-old female) in Patia area with both having travel history of Delhi.

All the patients have been shifted to COVID hospital, the BMC added.

With the new cases, the number of active cases in the capital city rose to 37. While 53 patients have so far recovered, three succumbed to the virus.
