Bhubaneswar: In a historic achievement, Harnaaz Sandhu of India has won the Miss Universe 2021 title.
Punjab-based Harnaaz Sandhu represented the country at the 70th Miss Universe pageant held in Eilat, Israel.
Harnaaz, 21, won the crown 21 years after India’s Lara Dutta won the title in 2000.
The first and the second runners-up were Paraguay and South Africa, respectively.
Harnaaz was presented the crown by Andrea Meza, former Miss Universe 2020 from Mexico.
