Heartbreak for Odisha as Shagoon evicted from Bigg Boss

Bhubaneswar: Sabyasachi Satpathy alias Shagoon has been voted out from Bigg Boss house dealing a huge blow to his fans as well as the viewers of Odisha.

The only contestant from the state has been eliminated from Bigg Boss 11, a source privy to the development said.

Though the elimination episode will be aired on Colors tonight, the source claimed that Sabyasachi is on his way to Bhubaneswar.

Other participants on who faced ‘Weekend ka Vaar’ eviction sword are Priyank Sharma, Benafsha Soonawalla, Sapna Choudhary and Mehjabi Siddiqui.

Interestingly, this comes two days after he was appointed the captain of the house in the show considered as most controversial television series on Indian television. Sabyasachi emerged the popular choice after scoring high in ‘Maximum egg in his/her nest’ game.

The show’s host Salman khan had clearly spelt it out on television that he wasn’t seen much amongst 13 other contestants. Besides, the Bollywood celebrity had hinted at Sabyasachi’s elimination for keeping a low profile.

The designer-cum-television host entered the house as one of the four Padosis and tried his best to remain non controversial.

However, the 25-year-old has his share of controversy too. He made headlines after he revealed about his sexuality on national television. In the ‘Reveal Your Confession’ task, he was courageous enough to admit that over a decade-and-a-half ago, he wanted to undergo sex reassemble surgery in 2001 to change his sex, so that he could be with his partner.
