Bhubaneswar: Amid scare for probable cyclonic storm over the Bay of Bengal, IMD predicted hot and discomfort weather for Odisha in upcoming days.
As per the forecast of Bhubaneswar MeT, the maximum temperature is likely to rise further by 2-3 degree Celsius during next two days. Subsequently, the day temperature is likely to be 40 degree Celsius or above at a few places during next 4-5 days.
In view of possible temperature rise, the SRC shared a few tips for people to stay safe during heatwave. It suggested to keep emergency kit that includes water bottle, glucose/ORS, umbrella/hat/cap for heatwave.
