Odisha Sun Times Bureau
Cuttack, May 2:

Smile returned to the faces of 631 students after they got A-1 grade following a revision of the Third Language papers by the Odisha Board of Secondary Education (BSE) here on Friday.

With this revision, a total of 1018 students have got A-1 rank in the annual High School Certificate (HSC) examinations, results of which were announced on April 30.

The demand for revision of the Third Language papers in Sanskrit and Hindi papers came following complaints by hundreds of students who found their marks in this paper outrageous and unacceptable.

The Board authorities, who admitted that the mistake was due to a computer systemic error, however, acted swiftly and uploaded the revised marks in the website www.indiaresults.com this afternoon, much to the relief of the students and their parents.
