Itanagar/Bhubaneswar: Five persons including two pilots of a helicopter of the Indian Air Force (IAF) had a narrow escape today when the chopper crash-landed at a place in Arunachal Pradesh.
The incident took place near a helipad in the eastern Arunachal Pradesh today afternoon.
Official sources said the two pilots and three crew members of the Mi-17 helicopter of IAF are safe and have sustained minor injuries.

The helicopter was doing ration sorties for the Army from Hayuliang to Rochham of Anjaw district bordering China and Myanmar.
The Indo-Tibetan Border Police personnel, posted in the nearby areas, have subsequently helped the IAF pilots and the crew members to move to the nearest destination.
