Bhubaneswar: The IMD has predicted light to moderate rain or thundershower in a few districts of South Odisha during the next two days.
As per the IMD prediction, there will be no large change in minimum (night) temperature during the next two days. However, the night temperature is likely to fall by 3-4 degree Celsius gradually at many places over the districts of Odisha thereafter, said the IMD in its weather bulletin today.
Light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of South Coastal Odisha, Koraput, Rayagada, Malkangiri and Gajapati on November 6 and 7. Dry weather will prevail in the remaining districts of the state, predicted the IMD.
Light to moderate rainfall has occurred at a few places over the districts of South Coastal Odisha and at one or two places over the remaining districts of Odisha during the last 24 hours. There was a fall in minimum temperature at one or two places over the districts of South Interior Odisha during the period, said the IMD.
