India extends restrictions on international flights till Oct 31
Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: The Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) today extended the restrictions on scheduled international commercial passenger services to and from India till 11:59 PM of October 31, 2021.
The civil aviation body, however, stated international scheduled flights may be allowed on selected routes on case to case basis.
The DGCA further said the restriction shall not apply to international all-cargo operations and flights specifically approved by it.
The aviation body said in a circular, “In partial modification of circular dated June 26, 2020, the competent authority has further extended the validity of circular issued on the subject cited above regarding scheduled international commercial passenger services to/from India till 2359 hrs IST of October 31, 2021. This restriction shall not apply to international all-cargo operations and flights specifically approved by DGCA.”
