Inter State East Zone one-dayer: Tripura beat Odisha

Tripura beat Odisha by six wickets in the Inter State East Zone One day tournament here today.

Asked to bat first, Odisha managed to score 124 all out in 37.4 overs. Barring Paresh Patel (27) and Sujit Lenka (20), the rest of the batsmen threw away their wickets.

For Tripura, Rana Dutta, UU Bose and KK Acharjee claimed two wickets each.

In reply, Tripura reached the target in 30 overs. YV Takawale was the top scorer with an unbeaten 42.

For Odisha, Basant Mohanty, SB Pradhan and Paresh Patel bagged one wicket each.
