We, at Blossoms, encourage and engage our students to enhance their understanding on creating and maintaining peace amongst themselves, their families and even their surroundings, expressed a teacher.
The International Day of Peace gave the Blossomites an opportunity to reflect their thoughts and understanding on Peace in various ways. The new look to the ‘Peace Wall’, the open discussion on respecting and accepting others’ opinions, the peace-based crafts and the paintings of the peace symbols were just few such activities taken up by the students. Some cultural programs were also performed by the junior wing.
The special storytelling sessions by Ms.Prachitara was quite enriching for the students. The Resource Person, Dr. Surya Prakash Das urged the students to imbibe the values of love, harmony and non violence and to become instruments of peace in their homes and surroundings.
“When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace”.
