K-pop group Blackswan’s new album featuring Odisha-born Sriya Lenka to be released on May 19 (Watch Teaser)

Bhubaneswar: Global K-pop sensation ‘BLACKSWAN’ will comeback with its new single album ㅊcalled ‘That Karma’ at 6pm KST on May 19.

It’s been about a year and a half since their last album ‘Close to me’ was released back in October 2021. BLACKSWAN is the only K-pop girl group consisting of foreigners without Korean members in current K-pop scene.

DR MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT, the label, explained except Fatou, all the members were newly joined through its special audition called ‘Cygnus Project’.

In particular, as soon as Odisha-born Sriya Lenka (lead vocalist, main dancer), passed the audition, top global brands are showing interests, including Google India, Coke Studio and Skybags.

Gabi (Gabriela Strassburger Dalcinn Sub-dancer, Sub-vocalist) who was born in 2002, from Germany & Brazil showed her magnificent beauty and stage presence through performances held in India back in January.

NVee (Florence Alena Smith) from USA was born 1999. She’s a main vocalist of BLACKSWAN who showed amazing vocal skill at the opening ceremony of 2023 Odisha Hockey World cup.

Finally, the main rapper Fatou (Samba FatouDiouf) was born in 1995 from Belgium. She released her sole hip-hop album in August 2022.

The new comeback songs are further highlighting the powerful performance and unique charm that only BLACKSWAN can express.

Numerous all-time-world-class producers participated in the comeback album of global K-pop sensation ‘BLACKSWAN’, which is a hot issue now.

Producer Alina Smith, Gisselle Acevedo, Shark, A Wright, and JEDI, who collaborated with Itzy, Red Velvet, Chungha, Twice, and other famous artists all over the world, participated in the production, while Korea’s leading music group 153/Joombas Tessie, and Na Jung-ah participated in the lyrics. “Karma” is a song of dangerous but unstoppable attraction, and the lyrics are characterized by honestly having what you want at this moment.
