The Cuttack-A are all set to take the first innings lead against Rourkela.

The hosts were 237 for 3 on the second day of the Kalahandi Cup final here today.

While Biplab Samantray remained not out with 83, Bikash Pati and Niranjan Behera were the other major contributors with 64 and 66 runs respectively.

For Rourkela, Asish Mitra, Govind Poddar and Atish Jena claimed one wicket each.

Earlier, resuming their overnight score of 267 for 7, Rourkela were all out for 276.

For Cuttack, Deepak Behera was the pick of the bowlers with four wickets while Dhiraj Singh and Biplab Samantray bagged three wickets each.
