Kutey appointed special secretary to Odisha CM

Bhubaneswar: An Indian Police Service (IPS) officer has been appointed as the special secretary to the Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today.

The 1997-batch officer, Dhirendra Sambhaji Kutey, is currently posted as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the CM.

This is the first time that an IPS officer has been appointed as special secretary to the CM in Odisha.

In April 2017, the 51-year-old officer was appointed as OSD to CM.
