2. Biju Patnaik Film & Television Institute of Odisha

Biju Patnaik Film & Television Institute of Odisha is an autonomous Institute established by the Government of Odisha. Funded by Government of Odisha, Department of Employment and Technical Education & Training, the institute offers diploma courses in three disciplines such as Cinematography, Sound & TV. Engineering and Film & Video Editing.

3. Biju Patnaik State Police Academy

Not only was the foundation stone of the State Police Academy laid on the auspicious birthday of Biju Patnaik on March 5, 2001,  but  the building of BPSPA at Ransinghpur, Bhubaneswar was inaugurated on  March 5 , 2005.

4. Biju Patnaik University of Technology

The Bhubaneswar campus is located in Pokhariput, near Khandagiri. Almost all the engineering, pharmacy, architecture and most of the colleges offering B.Tech,M.Tech,MBA,MCA,B. Pharm,M.Pharma, and B.Arch degree programmes are either constituent or affiliated colleges of BPUT.

5. Biju Patnaik Park

Also known as the Forest Park it has been developed by National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) and is maintained by the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC). It is a wonderful expanse of green in the heart of the city and is a haven for people doing the morning walks and  exercises. Health drinks are available in the morning which is a great hit with the health food lovers.

6. Biju Patnaik Indoor stadium, KIIT University- Bhubaneswar

The Biju Patnaik Indoor stadium provides  indoor sports facilities and is the biggest in-campus indoor stadium with 6000 sq.ft of wooden flooring. It provides facilities for several indoor games and has air-conditioned billiard rooms,  twelve station multi-gym, rooms for table tennis, badminton, chess, carom etc. It houses a yoga center and health club too.
