Less than a year after Veteran actor Bijay Mohanty died, his mother passes away

Balasore: Less than a year after veteran Odia actor Bijay Mohanty passed away, his mother Santilata Mohanty died due  to old age-related ailments here today. She was 96.

Santilata was staying with her younger son Ajay Mohanty at Remuna on the the town outskirts and keeping unwell since long. She had two sons and three daughters.

After reports of her demise surfaced, many from the Ollywood industry extended their condolences for the bereaved family members.

On July 20 last year, Bijay Mohanty had passed away while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar.
