Locals set truck on fire post road mishap in Odisha’s Khordha

Khordha: Tension gripped Kuradhamala Chhak on NH in Odisha’s Khordha district as locals set a container truck on fire after a road accident today.

According to reports, two persons travelling on a bike were killed at Kuradhamala Chhak after being hit by the truck.

Following the incident, irate locals torched the vehicle and staged road blockade demanding compensation for the families of the deceased.

Many vehicles remained stranded on both sides of the road due to the blockade.

A platoon of police force has been deployed at the spot.
