Locals torch oil tanker over youth’s death in accident in Odisha

Dhenkanal, Jan 12:
An oil tanker was torched by locals at Goda Chhak in Bhuban area of Odisha’s Dhenkanal district last night following death of a youth in a road accident caused by the vehicle.
According to reports, the oil tanker had hit a bike on which Debaranjan Mohapatra of Palasapithia village was travelling at Goda Chhak.
Mohapatra was critically injured in the accident and rushed to Bhuban hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
Tension gripped the spot following the incident as irate locals set the oil tanker on fire.
