Low pressure drifts away, rains forecast

Bhubaneswar, July 5 :

Yesterday’s low pressure area over Gangetic West Bengal and adjoining Jharkhand now lies over North Jharkhand and adjoining Bihar, a release from the Bhubaneswar Met Centre said this afternoon.

Rain and thundershowers may occur at a number of places in Odisha during the next 24 hours,

There could be heavy rainfall at one or two places, it warned.
