Man gets life term for murdering 9-year-old-boy

The Kendrapara District and Sessions Judge today sentenced a 25-year-old man to life imprisonment for murdering a nine-year-old-boy.
The district and session judge Bijaya Ketan Mohanty convicted the assailant Bidur Baral under section 302 (murder) of Indian Penal Code and pronounced him guilty of commission of the murder.
Besides, the court also slapped a fine of Rs 10,000 on the convict under section 449 for House- trespass to commit offence.(PTI)
