Man hacks son-in-law to death in Odisha’s Sundargarh

Sundargarh: A family feud turned fatal as a person allegedly hacked his son-in-law to death at Sasyakala village under Lahunipada police limits in Odisha’s Sundargarh district last night.

According to reports, a dispute had emerged between Raju Singh of the village and his son-in-law Phula Singh. It took an ugly turn yesterday as Phula was hacked to death by his father-in-law with an axe.

On being informed, police reached the spot, seized the body for post-mortem and started investigation into the incident. Accused Raju has been detained by police for questioning.
