Odisha Maoist leader Sabyasachi produced before Gunupur court

Odisha Maoist leader Sabyasachi Panda was brought from Berhampur jail and produced in Gunupur ADJ court on Wednesday. He was produced in the ADJ court for the hearing of 10 cases registered against him.

” The cases registered in Jeypore district sessions court are being transferred to Gunupur ADJ court, the documents are awaited. Therefore, the court has shifted the next hearing on May 6 ,” said Sabyasachi’s lawyer Pradeep Patnaik.

The related documents are awaited from the Jeypore district sessions court where the main case was registered.

As police has not yet filed the charge sheet in the Dangasurada police outpost arson case the hearing in the case has been shifted to April 19 by the SDJM court .

According to sources, the Gulari block paddy harvesting case in Dimitiguda registered under IPC 398 (A) will be forwarded to ADJ court here.

He will be again produced before the Gunupur court on May 6.
