Marginal decline! Odisha adds 8,845 fresh COVID-19 cases
Bhubaneswar: Daily COVID-19 cases further dropped in Odisha with 8,845 fresh infections reported in last 24 hours.
Of new cases, 927 infectees were in 0-18 age group, 5,128 were from different quarantine centres and 3,717 were the local contacts.
Total 68,625 samples were tested in last 24 hours, of which the results of 8,845 came out positive for COVID-19. With this, the TPR dropped to 12.89%.
Khordha district recorded the highest number of 2,528 cases followed by Sundargarh district with 1,001 cases and Cuttack district with 628 infections in a single day.
