Marginal Decline! Odisha sees 2070 fresh COVID-19 cases with 2.94% TPR

Bhubaneswar: Odisha registered 2070 fresh COVID-19 cases, a marginal decline in daily infections, in the last 24 hours.

Of new COVID infections in all 30 districts, 1195 were reported from different quarantine centres and 875 were the local contacts, informed the State Information & Public Relation Department today.

Total 70,240 tests were conducted yesterday. With slight decline in daily cases, the TPR dipped to 2.94% in Odisha.

Khordha districts continues to be in top position with 446 fresh cases followed by Cuttack district with 319 cases and Balasore district with 176 cases in a single day.

Other districts except Jajpur and Puri reported below 100 new infections in last 24 hours.
