Misbehaviour with woman journalist: Ollywood producer Tutu Nayak’s bail plea hearing deferred to Nov 8
Bhubaneswar: Hearing of bail plea of Ollywood producer Sanjay Nayak, popularly known as Tutu Nayak, in connection with the alleged misbehaviour with a woman journalist has been deferred to November 8.
The Court of SDJM here postponed the hearing to November 8 and sought case diary and old record of Nayak, sources said.
The Twin City Commissionerate Police had on November 4 arrested Nayak for allegedly slapping and misbehaving with journalist Debasmita Rout at a cinema hall.
He was produced before the SDJM court and remanded to judicial custody after rejection of bail petition.
The Kharavela Nagar police has filed a case against Nayak under Sections 342, 323, 294 and 354 of the IPC.
