Monsoon Session of Odisha Assembly to start from September 4

Bhubaneswar: The monsoon session of the Odisha Assembly will begin from September 4. A notification in this regard was issued by the State Parliamentary Affairs Department today.

The session will have a total of 11 working days and conclude on September 20, the notification said.

It will be the 13th session of the fifteenth Odisha Legislative Assembly. Finance Minister Sashi Bhusan Behera is scheduled to present the Supplementary Budget in the House on September 4.

The Finance department has already invited proposals for supplementary statement of expenditure for 2018-19 financial year.
