Nandankanan zoo in Odisha gets four more deer

Barang, Apr 13:
Four deer from the jungle in Ghumusar subdivision in Aska region in Ganjam district of Odisha have been bought to Nandankanan Zoological Park in Barang.

The rescued deer were bought by forester of Ghumusar forest range, Vijay Kumar Raul along with four helpers in a small open truck to the Odisha capital yesterday.
Among the animals, two are male and two others are females, according to sources.
After they reached here early morning, they underwent an health check up here.
The total number of these species has reached 10 after the four were brought from Aska.
