Naveen congratulates ISRO scientists

Chief minister Naveen Patnaik Tuesday congratulated ISRO scientists for the successful launch of the Mars Orbiter Mission.
Describing the event as a path breaking initiative which will strengthen India’s foothold in space research Patnaik said, “I congratulate the ISRO team for the successful launch of Mars Mission.
“It’s indeed a historic moment for all of us,” the chief minister said.
