North Odisha University +3 Exam results out; girls outshine boys

Bhubaneswar: The girls outperformed the boys in the annual plus three examinations in North Odisha University this year.

The top place in Science and Arts streams was secured by the girl students. While Pragya Paramita Behera (Physics Honours) of Udala College in Mayurbhanj district is the topper in Science, Subhadarsini Swetpadma (Home Science Honours) of Rairangpur Mahila Mahavidyalaya topped in Arts stream.

Prabjot Kambo (Accounting Honours) of Barbil College in Keonjhar placed first in Commerce.

Similarly, the girl students secured the top places in Honours subjects of Science stream. In Arts, the girls are toppers in 8 subjects (hons) and boys topped in 6 honours subjects. While two boy students ranked first in two honours subjects in Commerce, the top position of Management subject of the stream was secured by a girl student.
