Noted Odisha writer, journalist Haraprasad Parichapatnaik passes away

Bhubaneswar: Noted writer, academician and journalist Dr. Haraprasad Parichapatnaik passed away at a private hospital here today. He was 69.

Source said that he died due to multi-organ failure. He is survived by two sons.

According to reports, he was hospitalised after he suffered a massive brain stroke a month ago. His condition deteriorated following brain stroke.

The former English Professor was working as the Chief Editor of an Odia daily in Bhubaneswar. He was also associated with language movement in Odisha.
