Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s COVID-19 tally today further surged to 3,27,867 after 325 more persons in the state tested positive for the deadly virus in last 24 hours.
Of the total fresh cases detected from 24 districts, 187 have been reported from different quarantine centres while 138 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department today.
Khordha recorded highest 36 fresh cases followed by Sundargarh (33) and Angul (32).
Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 2,989 and recovered cases at 3,22,972.
