Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s COVID-19 tally today further surged to 3,26,596 after 363 more persons in the state tested positive for the deadly virus in last 24 hours.
Of the total fresh cases detected from 27 districts, 208 have been reported from different quarantine centres while 155 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department today.
Khordha and Sundargarh districts recorded highest 50 fresh cases each followed by Sambalpur with 35 cases.
Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 3,057 and recovered cases at 3,21,647.
