Bhubaneswar: Another 757 persons in Odisha tested positive for COVID-19 in last 24 hours taking the state’s total caseload to 3,12,545.
Of the total fresh cases detected from all 29 districts, 436 have been reported from different quarantine centres while remaining 321 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department today.
Angul recorded highest 75 fresh cases followed by Khordha (70) and Cuttack (67).
Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 8,088 and recovered cases at 3,02,796.
