The CBI, probing into the scam, had found that crores of rupees from the AT Group were siphoned off to Dewan’s account. The chargesheet submitted by the agency against Dewan in February this year had mentioned of Rs 3.56 crore transferred to her bank account from AT Group account.

Dewan, sister of Mumbai based model Preeti Bhatia who was also arrested for her links with the firm, had joined hands with AT Group chief Pradeep Kumar Sethy and Bhatia to form a film production company in the name of Prism Heights Film and Entertainment Private Ltd in Mumbai.

Dewan, now lodged in the Jharpada Special Jail in Bhubaneswar, was arrested by the CBI on October 17 last year after her anticipatory bail plea was rejected by the Orissa High Court.
