Odisha: Chopped body parts of college girl found on rail tracks

Puri: Chopped body parts of a college girl were found on railway tracks near Haripur railway station under Delang block in Puri district today.

The deceased girl is said to be a resident of Sakhigopal area.

It is suspected that the girl was run over by Puri-Tirupati Express while she was crossing the railway line this morning. However, it is yet to be ascertained whether it was an accident or a case of suicide.

On receiving information, the railway police rushed to the spot and began an investigation into the incident.
