Odisha CHSE exam e-valuation process underway

A day after Odisha plus two examinations started ,the e-valuation process by scanning of the answer sheets began yesterday in the CHSE head office in Bhubaneswar.

On Wednesday, the English exam answer sheets of all science stream students reached the head office of the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) in Bhubaneswar. From 12 noon yesterday, after papers reached the office, the e-valuation process began.

For online valuation, a hall has been set up with technical support from TCS and around 40 scanners have been installed. On the first day, around 400 copies of the answer sheets were scanned, as confirmed by the Council .

“ At the completion of the evaluated science and commerce answer sheets  the exam centres have been instructed to immediately send the answer sheets the next day by speed post,” CHSE chairman Basudev Chhatoi said.

The target is to complete the scanning process as soon as the exams end by March 29.
