Odisha COVID-19 cases: 545 more test positive with 1.03% TPR

Bhubaneswar: As many as 545 persons, including 74 children below 18 years of age, tested positive for COVID-19 in Odisha during the last 24 hours while a total of 52675  samples were tested in the state, yesterday. The Test Positivity Rate (TPR) for the day stood at 1.03%.

Khurda district reported highest 218 fresh infections, followed by Cuttack (73) and Balasore (47).

With this, the COVID-19 tally in the state reached 1025309 with 5587 active cases.

The Health Department also reported seven more deaths due to COVID-19 as the toll mounted to 8187.
