Odisha: Details of two cases of COVID-19 established

Bhubaneswar: Two COVID-19 positive cases detected last night in Odisha were linked to a 45-year-old man from Madhusudan Nagar in Unit-IV of Bhubaneswar who tested positive for the deadly virus earlier.

Official sources said the 49th COVID-19 case is a 35 years old female whereas the 50th case of the virus is a 23 years old male.

The sources added both the recently detected cases are the close contacts of the 41st case of COVID-19 in Odisha.

Till now 50 persons in Odisha have been tested positive for the virus. Out of these, the number of active cases is 37 as 12 have recovered and discharged from hospitals whereas one died.
