Odisha DGP gets down from car, lashes out at traffic cop

Bhubaneswar: Within days of his appointment as the DGP of Odisha Bijay Kumar Sharma has got down to business.

The top cop today reprimanded a traffic constable in the middle of the busy AG Square here. Reason: The personnel in white uniform was discharging his duty sans the mandatory cap.

While returning from the meeting on left wing extremism (LWE) in the state at Lok Seva Bhawan, Sharma spotted the cop. The officer lost his cool and reprimanded the traffic staff for being undisciplined.
