Odisha: ECoR to run special train between Puri and Bhanjapur

Bhubaneswar: With a view to provide comfortable journey to commuters and avoid rush in regular trains, the East Coast Railway (ECoR) has decided to run a special train between Puri and Bhanjapur (Baripada) taking into account the waiting list of passengers and demand for Baripada directions.

08092 Puri-Bhanjapur Special will leave Puri at 2355hrs on every Friday up to 31.01.2020 and reach Bhanjapur at 0650hrs on the following days. In the return direction, 08091 Bhanjapur (Baripada)-Puri Special will leave Bhanjapur at 2350hrs on every Thursday up to 30.01.2020 and arrive Puri at 0700hrs on the next days.

The Special Train has one Sleeper Class coach, seven Second Class sitting coaches and two Guard-cum-luggage vans. The train will have stoppages at Khurda Road, Bhubaneswar, Naraj Marthapur, Jajpur Keonjhar Road, Bhadrak, Soro, Balasore, Rupsa, Betonati and Baripada between Puri and Bhanjapur.
