Odisha: Four committees to develop online education content

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha School Education Programme Authority (OSEPA) has constituted four committees for conceptualisation and development of contents for online education in the state in the view of COVID-19 pandemic and its aftermath.

Committee for Higher Secondary Education (Class-XI and XII), Committee for Secondary Education (Class-IX and X), Committee for Elementary Education (Class-I to VIII), and Monitoring Committee have been formed by OSEPA.

The committees will identify the availability of online teaching materials on different topics. The digital contents created under the supervision of the committees will be uploaded on Madhu App/Diksha App and telecasted on Doordarshan/Swayamprava.

The Elementary Education and Secondary Education committees will monitor the successful implementation of Odisha Shiksha Sanjog programme at their respective levels.

The progress of the preparation of online teaching materials will be reviewed by the Principal Secretary of School and Mass Education Department periodically.
