The latest to be eliminated from Indian Idol Junior on Sunday was Niharika Nath, the youngest contestant in Top-6, losing out on a place among the Top 5 in the highly popular show. Nath’s elimination left Nahid Afrid, Vaishnav Girish, Ananya Sritam Nanda, Nityashree Venkataramanan and Moti Khan in the fray.

This week, 13-year old Ananya and guest singer Shweta Pandit sang ‘Tujme Rab Diktha Hai’ together mesmerizing the audience and the judges alike. The performance clearly wowed the judges who announced the duo was a “Jodi made in heaven”.

The teen starlet took to her Facebook fan page to express her gratitude to her supporters after her entry into the top-5.

“Again your blessing worked for me. Your support took me to Top-5. Thanks a lot and keep blessing,” posted the young singer after getting into the Top-5. The post was liked over 5000 times in less than 24 hours.

She has her own fan page (https://www.facebook.com/AnanyaSritamNanda) where more than 20,000 fans ‘like’ her and she keeps them posted about her performances.
