Bhubaneswar: Ace shooter Shriyanka Sadangi from Odisha brought laurel for both the State and country by winning gold in international shooting competition held in Germany.
Shriyanka along with Delhi's Akhil Sheoran clinched the gold beating Russian shooters Daria Vdovina and Vladimir Maslennikov by two points in 10m Air Rifle Mixed Team event of the H&N Cup International Shooting Championship held from Jan 23 to Jan 27 in Munich, a city in Germany.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik lauded Shriyanka on microblogging site Twitter for her victory in Germany.

Earlier, Vinita Bhardwaj won gold for India in women’s air rifle in the international shooting event. She shot 251.0 in the final beating Isabella Straub of Germany by 0.8 point.
