Odisha Govt gives permission for increase in seats in Plus 2 colleges

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Government has granted permission for increase in number of seats in different Plus 2 colleges across the state.

The School and Mass Education Department today issued a notification inviting online applications from higher secondary schools wishing to increase their number of seats.

In the notification, School and Mass Education Department Additional Secretary Subhashree Nanda said the Government has accorded permission for inviting online applications from Plus 2 colleges for increase in seats for 2021-22 academic session.

The institutions can send the applications through Student Academic Management System (SAMS) portal in seven days.

The Director of Higher Secondary Education has been directed to take necessary steps in this regard.
