Odisha JEE results out, counselling from July first week

Results of Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE), held on May 8 this year, were declared today for which counselling will take place from the first week of July, official sources said.

OJEE published the results online at www.ojee.nic.in. The students can click on http://ojee.nic.in/genregoj/Registration/RankCard.aspx?appformId=OJEE2016A to download the rank card.

“The ranks of 46, 187 students who had appeared in the entrance was published today. They can download their rank card by entering the roll number and date of birth. If they have any grievances, they can send an e-mail or call us so that we can take necessary steps based on that. The counselling process would begin tentatively from the first week of July. The students should get prepared with documents as per their category and sub category to avoid any problem in the last minute during counselling. After that they can go to their respective institutes for studies in the AICTE approved courses,” OJEE chairman Tushar Kant Nath said.

Notably, the results were declared for admission into 12 courses except medical and engineering in government and private colleges.

The OJEE published the ranks as per their performance in the eligibility test. While Anshuman Mishra topped among candidates for M Tech course, Amiya Ghose stood first in M Pharm, Shadab Anwar in MBA, Barsha Priyadarshini Bhatt in MCA, Amrita Singh B Arch and Haripriya Nayak in Pharmacy topped in their respective courses.
