During the interrogation of the two accused—P Shyamsundar Prusty and Narayan Reddy alias N Ramesh Reddy— police have come to gained vital information about the hired killer Ramesh Khuchura, a close associate of the prime accused.

“Khuchura, along with two other hired killers including the prime murder accused are hiding somewhere outside the state and they would be nabbed soon”, said Khallikote IIC Silvarius Toppo.

It may be mentioned that Prusty, the owner of a cashew processing plant near Nirmalajhara on the outskirts of Khallikote, had threatened to kill Acharya after the latter had flashed a news on the use of minor children as labourers in his cashew unit.
