Odisha logs 3087 new COVID cases with 74000 tests; 45 more die

Bhubaneswar: As many as 3087 more persons tested positive for COVID-19 in Odisha during the last 24 hours. A total of 74000 samples were tested in the state, yesterday. The Test Positivity Ratio (TPR) for the day stood at 4.1%

Khurda district reported highest 584 fresh infections, followed by Cuttack (462) and Balasore (246).

With this, the COVID-19 tally in the state reached 912887 with 31231 active cases.

Odisha also registered 45 more COVID-19 deaths as the toll rose to 4063.

1.A 82 years old Male of Angul District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.

2.A 54 years old Male of Angul District.
