Odisha logs 351 new COVID-19 cases; TPR at 0.49%
Bhubaneswar: Odisha registered 351 new COVID-19 cases in last 24 hours, out of which 45 infectees were aged between 0-18 years, informed the State Information & Public Relation (I&PR) Department today.
The fresh cases were reported from 22 districts. While 207 persons under quarantines tested positive for COVID-19 in last 24 hours, 144 cases were the local contacts.
Total 71,296 samples were tested yesterday, of which 351 reports came out positive. With this, the TPR in Odisha stood at 0.49%.
Khordha district logged the highest of 181 fresh infections. The remaining districts witnessed decline in single-day cases.
