Odisha man commits suicide at in-laws house

Balasore: Three years after marriage, a youth allegedly committed suicide at his in-laws house here in the district.

The deceased was identified as Sudam Sahu, a resident of Muleswar village in Soro tehsil.

The incident was reported from Mendagadia village in Mahumuhan panchayat in Balasore district.

According to reports, Sudam had married three years ago. He had been staying at his in-laws house in the past 15 days.

He ended his life by consuming poison last night, the family alleged.

However, the reason of taking such extreme step is yet to be ascertained.

The police sent his body for the post-mortem. A probe has been initiated into the incident.
